Tutti & Co Jewellery is a handcrafted product.
The base metal is polished brass with 925 Silver & Gold plating, all stones are individually set. Our jewellery is coated in E-coating providing a water-resistant layer to all our pieces. Continuous use of alcohol based hand sanitiser could affect the wear.
Please follow the care instructions below to get the most from your purchase.
Avoid contact with perfume, hairspray and detergents and hand sanitiser.
Do not wear jewellery during sleep
Avoid wearing jewellery when exercising.
When not in use, store your jewellery in a soft bag or jewellery box.
Use a soft jewellery cloth and polish gently to ensure your jewellery is kept at its best
In the interests of hygiene earrings can not be returned or refunded.

Tutti & Co scarves are individually designed, hand printed or woven and exclusively designed in house.
Please refer to individual care labels for washing instructions.
To keep your scarves in the best shape, we recommended a cool hand wash, dry flat and a cool iron.

Orders must be placed by 2.30pm Monday - Wednesday and 12noon on Thursday. Any orders placed after this time will be despatched the following Monday.
Unfortunately at the moment we do not ship outside the UK.
We hope that you are happy with your Tutti & Co product, if however you would like an exchange or refund please fill in the returns slip and return your unworn / unused item within 14 days of purchase complete with the original packaging. We will not exchange products that have been worn, do not have their original packaging or show signs of misuse. Please note earrings are non-returnable for hygiene reasons.
If you receive faulty, damaged or incorrect goods please notify us via e-mail: firstname.lastname@example.org and return the product within 14 days of purchase.
Any discrepancies with your order must be reported to us by email within 3 working days of receipt.
Tutti & Co Jewellery comes with a six month warranty, please follow the care instructions to ensure your jewellery lasts for many years to come.
Should your jewellery suffer breakage or tarnishing due to a manufacturing defect, we are committed to ensuring that your piece is either repaired or replaced.
*Please note, we can only accept returns on items purchased on tuttiandco.com. For items purchased through one of our stockists, please return to the original store of purchase. Stockists may have a different returns policy to tuttiandco.com.
If you have any queries concerning returns please email us with proof of purchase, details of your item and photos where possible, and we will get back to you as soon as possible.
Sale items and earrings are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
The return of your product is your responsibility and so we recommend postage by Royal Mail registered delivery or another 'signed for' service. Please ensure that you obtain proof of postage as we cannot be held responsible for returns that are lost in transit.

Return of goods for refund or exchange is done so at your own cost. Where a product was sent in error or is deemed by us as faulty we will refund your postage costs.
Items with a manufacturing fault will be assessed and repaired, replaced or credited. If we do not feel the issue is a manufacturing fault we may contact you to discuss further.
