THE TUTTI & CO TOUCH
Our earrings arrive in our signature branded soft cloth pouch, made from recycled materials.
925 sterling silver, gold plating and polished brass make all our jewellery. Enduring metals that won't tarnish in water, under the sun or over time - so long as you show them some love.
To keep your jewellery in top condition, store it in the soft cloth pouch provided or your favourite jewellery box.
Avoid direct contact with perfume, hairspray and body products, such as false tan, sunscreen and body lotions/oils, as much as possible.
Please note that continuous use of alcohol-based hand sanitiser could affect the wear of your purchases.
While all our jewellery is water-resistant, we advise that you refrain from wearing your jewellery in water for long and extended periods of time. Avoid fully submerging your jewellery in water as much as possible.
When not in use, remember to polish your jewellery regularly using a soft jewellery cloth.
Please note that using jewellery cleaner to clean/polish your purchases could affect the wear and finish. Please avoid at all times.
When dressing, we advise that you put your jewellery on last to avoid snagging and catching your favourite pieces with your clothing.
To keep your sunglasses in top condition and to avoid scratching, store them in a soft pouch inside your favourite hard case.
Use the soft cloth provided to gently polish the lenses. Avoid harmful cleaners at all times.
Although our sunglasses are the perfect accessory on the beach and by the pool, avoid wearing them in water and keep them out of direct sunlight when not in use.
Tutti & Co scarves are individually-designed, hand-printed or woven.
Please refer to individual care labels for washing instructions.
However, to keep your scarves in top condition and looking and feeling their best, we recommended they’re washed by hand in cool water, dried flat and treated to a cool iron.
NIGHTWEAR & RESORTWEAR

However, we recommend washing at 30°C on a delicate cycle and not on quick wash.
To keep your resort wear in top condition and looking and feeling their best, we recommend they’re dried flat and treated to a cool iron.
Do not bleach, tumble dry or dry clean.
Highly-flammable, so always keep away from fire.
Please note that our travel accessories - including jewellery boxes, jewellery rolls, coin purses and cosmetic bags - are made from PU leather and not real leather. Please refer to individual care labels for washing instructions.
To remove stains, we recommend your leather goods are gently wiped clean with a slightly damp cloth, then patted dry (or left to air dry) immediately.

Any orders placed after this time on the Thursday will be despatched the following Monday.
Any orders placed after 3pm on Thursdays, or on Fridays, Saturdays or Sundays, will be despatched the following Monday.
Unfortunately, at the moment, we do not ship outside of the UK.
We hope you love your Tutti & Co product. However, if you’d like a refund or want to exchange your item(s), we make it easy.
Simply fill out the returns form which came with your purchase(s) or download it here and return your unworn/unused item(s) within 14 days of purchase, along with the original packaging.
We will only exchange products that have been unworn, arrive in their original packaging and show no sign of misuse.
For safe returns, we recommend postage by Royal Mail registered delivery or another ‘signed for’ service.
Remember to keep your proof of postage, as we can’t be held responsible for returns lost in transit.
Returns are done at your own cost, however if a product was sent in error or deemed by us as faulty, we’ll refund your postage costs.
Hygiene and our customers’ safety is important to us, which is why earrings are non-returnable.
Should your jewellery suffer breakage during transit or tarnishing due to a manufacturing defect, we are committed to ensuring that your purchase is either repaired or replaced.
If you receive faulty or damaged goods, we will refund your postage costs.
Please note that you must contact us via at firstname.lastname@example.org before returning, as postage will not be refunded unless agreed prior with a member of our team.

We can only accept returns on items purchased on tuttiandco.com. For items purchased in-store at one of our stockists, please return to the original store of purchase. Please note that stockists may have a different returns policy to tuttiandco.com.
Tutti & Co jewellery comes with a six-month warranty. Please follow instructions in our care guide to ensure your purchases remain in top condition and last for many years to come.
