How do I pay for my order?
Website orders can be paid for via Mastercard, Maestro, Visa and Visa debit, Apple PayPal and Google Pay.
Under certain circumstances, orders may be made over the phone. If you are having issues when ordering online via our website, please give us a call and we can assist you with your order.
Will my product(s) come with packaging?
Each item arrives in our signature branded soft cloth pouch, made from recycled materials, as standard.
Gift-wrapping is optional and includes sleek white gift bags with our signature gold foil branding and white ribbon.
Products are gift-wrapped individually (1x product = 1x gift bag). You will be charged £1.50 per 1x gift bag.
For an extra special touch, you also have the option to add a personalised message to your gift wrapping free of charge.
Where are your products manufactured?
Every product is designed in our native North East, by our in-house design team. Our North Shields design studio is a hub of creativity, where we bring our thoughtful designs to life.
Our products are ethically-manufactured in the UK and India, depending on product type and design.

Where can I find and shop your products in person?
We do not own a bricks and mortar store. To browse and buy our products in person, please visit one of our stockists. To find a stockist in your area, please give us a call, or contact our Sales Manager, Helen, at helen@tuttiandco.com.
