Jewellery
Our jewellery is made from recycled brass, plated with sterling silver or gold, and finished with an anti-tarnish, water resistant coating.
We work closely with our partner factory in Jaipur, India. All of the brass in our products is made from 98% recycled metals, and is 100% traceable to our suppliers in Italy.
Our jewellery is made to last. We offer a 12 month warranty against any manufacturing or plating faults.
Care Guide
To keep your jewellery looking its best, we ask that you follow our care guide below.
When not in use store in the cloth pouch provided, or your favourite jewellery box.
Avoid direct contact with perfume, hairspray and body products, as much as possible.
Please note that continuous use of alcohol-based hand sanitiser could affect the wear of your purchases.
While our jewellery is water and tarnish resistant, we advise that you refrain from wearing your jewellery in water for extended periods of time. Avoid fully submerging your jewellery in water as much as possible.
You can polish your jewellery using a soft jewellery cloth. Please note that using jewellery cleaner could affect the wear and finish.
Scarves
Tutti & Co scarves are hand printed or woven.
Wash by hand in cool water and dry flat. Cool iron only.
Sunglasses
When not in use, store in the soft pouch and hard case provided.
Use the polishing cloth provided to gently clean the lenses.
Avoid wearing them in water and keep them out of direct sunlight when not in use.

Orders are despatched Monday-Friday. Any orders placed after 11am are despatched the following working day.

We hope you love your Tutti & Co product. However, if you’d like a refund or exchange, you have 14 days from receipt to make a return.
Please make sure your items are returned in a new and unused condition and in their original packaging in order for us to process a refund.
Please note earrings and engraved items are non-returnable.
Items must have been purchased from Tuttiandco.com. We are unable to accept returns from items purchased from one of our stockists.
How to return an item
Simply download the returns form here and include it with your items.
For safe returns, we recommend postage by Royal Mail registered delivery or another ‘signed for’ service.
Remember to keep your proof of postage, as we can’t be held responsible for returns lost in transit.
We are unable to cover the cost of returns, unless an item is faulty or was sent in error.
Faulty goods
We offer a 12 month warranty on all jewellery against manufacturing faults. Should your jewellery suffer breakage during transit or tarnishing due to a manufacturing defect, we are committed to ensuring that your purchase is either repaired or replaced.
If you receive faulty or damaged goods, we will refund your postage costs.
Please note that you must contact us via at contact@tuttiandco.com before returning any faulted items, as postage will not be refunded unless agreed prior.
