Please ensure your items are:

- In a new and unused condition

- Returned in their original packaging

Please note, earrings and engraved items are non-returnable.

Items must have been purchased directly from tuttiandco.com or from our Concept Store in North Shields. We’re unable to accept returns on items purchased through our stockists.

Faulty Items

All of our jewellery comes with a 12-month warranty against manufacturing faults. To honour this, we’ll need proof of purchase from tuttiandco.com or our Concept Store in North Shields.

If your item was purchased through one of our stockists, please contact them directly to arrange a return.
