    What is your jewellery made from?

    Every design begins with a polished brass base, plated with sterling silver or refined, with a gold tone. To ensure durability, each piece is protected with our advanced E-coating - a high performance finish that resists tarnish, water, and perspiration.

    Will my products come with packaging?

    Each piece of jewellery arrives in our signature branded cloth pouch – made from recycled materials and perfect for keeping your jewellery safe and beautifully stored.

     

    Do you offer gift wrap?

    Yes, we do.

    Our branded paper gift bags are available to add to your order. Thoughtfully designed and made from recycled materials, they’re fully recyclable too.

    If you choose to purchase gift wrap, your items will arrive beautifully wrapped and ready to gift.

     

    I have a sensitivity to earrings – are your earrings hypoallergenic and can they be returned if unsuitable?

    Yes, all of our jewellery is hypoallergenic, making it suitable for most. Please note, for hygiene reasons, we’re unable to accept returns on earrings and ear cuffs.

     

    Where are your products manufactured?

    Every piece is thoughtfully designed in our studio on the North East coast of England – a deliberate fusion of art and purpose.

    Our jewellery is handcrafted in our trusted partner factory in Jaipur, India, by a team of trusted artisan jewellers.

    Everything is carefully quality-checked by our team once it arrives at the studio, ensuring it meets our standards before reaching you.

    Do you offer a warranty?

    Every detail of our jewellery reflects our commitment to precision and style. With a 12-month warranty as our promise of reliability, our pieces are designed to deliver standout style and dependable performance for everyday wear – just keep hold of your proof of purchase, which is required for any claims. You can find more information on returns here.

     

    Do you offer repairs?

    We don’t currently offer a repair service – but if you have any questions or concerns about your piece, we’re always here to help. Please don’t hesitate to get in touch.

    Delivery

    Who do you ship with in the UK and how long does shipping take?

    We use both DPD and Royal Mail.

    Returns

    How do I return an unwanted item?

    You have 28 days to return any unwanted items. Simply download the returns form here and include it with your items.

    Please note, earrings and engraved items are non-returnable.

    For safe returns, we recommend postage by Royal Mail registered delivery or another ‘signed for’ service.

    Remember to keep your proof of postage, as we can’t be held responsible for returns lost in transit.

     

    I don’t have access to a printer, how do I return an unwanted item for refund?

    Please download the form and follow the instructions here. There is no need to print off the form, but please ensure you include your name, TUTTI order number and reason for return within the parcel, or we will be unable to process the return.

     

    How do I return an item not purchased directly from Tuttiandco.com?

    To be eligible for a return, items must be purchased directly from tuttiandco.com. If your order was placed with one of our stockists, please contact them directly, as your contract of sale lies with the retailer.

     

    My item is faulty/ damaged – what are my options?

    My item is faulty but I did not purchase directly from Tuttiandco.com – What are my options?

    If your item is faulty but wasn’t purchased directly from tuttiandco.com, we recommend reaching out to the stockist you bought it from. As your contract of sale is with them, they’ll be able to advise on their returns and refund policy. Unfortunately, we’re unable to take responsibility for items purchased through third-party retailers.

     

    I have been gifted a TUTTI item – can I return for exchange or gift card?

    Yes, we’re happy to offer an exchange within 28 days of receiving your gift with a valid order number from tuttiandco.com. Please ensure to include the address you’d like the exchanged item sent to. We’ll then email you a payment link to cover any additional or postage costs.

    If you didn't receive the order number, please get in touch and we'll do our best to help.

     

    I have been gifted a TUTTI item but it is damaged/faulty – what are my options?

    If your gifted item is damaged or faulty and was purchased directly from tuttiandco.com, it will be covered under our warranty. Please provide the contact details of the person who placed the original order so we can locate it in our system. If the item was purchased through one of our stockists, you’ll need to return it to the original place of purchase and follow their returns and exchange policy.

    Can I use my 15% Welcome Discount on Sale items?

    Our Welcome Discount, and any other promotional code, is valid on full-priced items only.

     

    I signed up for the Welcome Discount but can’t find the email, what shall I do?

    If you haven’t received your email, please check your junk folder as it may have landed there.

    Please note, the Welcome Discount is exclusively available to new customer sign-ups. If you have previously shopped with us, your email won't be valid. However you can join TUTTI Collective - for exclusive rewards, discounts and points every time you shop. Find out more here.

    Can I track my order?

    Once despatched, you’ll receive an email providing your tracking information. If you don’t see this, please check your junk folder as it may have landed in there.

    Can  I make changes to my order once placed?

    We aim to dispatch your order as quickly as possible, so changes may not be possible once the order is placed. If you have any questions, please get in touch, and we’ll assist you where we can.
