Returning an item purchased online

We hope you love your TUTTI piece. But if it’s not quite right, you have 28 days from receipt to return your item for a refund.

Please ensure your items are:

- In a new and unused condition

- Returned in their original packaging

Please note, earrings and engraved items are non-returnable.

Simply download the returns form here and include it with your items.

For safe returns, we recommend using a tracked service.

Remember to keep your proof of postage, as we can’t be held responsible for returns lost in transit.

Orders purchased online cannot be returned in our stores.

We are unable to cover the cost of returns, unless an item is faulty. If this is the case, please get in touch first at contact@tuttiandco.com
