Returns & Refunds
We hope that you are happy with your Tutti & Co product, if however you would like an exchange or refund please contact us by email: [email protected] and return your unworn / unused item within 14 days of purchase complete with the original packaging. We will not exchange products that have been worn, do not have their original packaging or show signs of misuse.
If you receive faulty, damaged or incorrect goods please notify us via e-mail: [email protected] and return the product within 14 days of purchase.
Any discrepancies with your order must be reported to us by email within 3 working days of receipt.
Tutti & Co Jewellery comes with a six month warranty, please follow the care instructions to ensure your jewellery lasts for many years to come.
Should your jewellery suffer breakage or tarnishing due to a manufacturing defect, we are committed to ensuring that your piece is either repaired or replaced.
*Please note, we can accept returns on items purchased on tuttiandco.com. For items purchased through one of our stockists, please return to the original store of purchase. Stockists may have a different returns policy to tuttiandco.com.
If you have any queries concerning returns please email us with proof of purchase, details of your item and photos where possible, and we will get back to you as soon as possible.
Sale items and earrings are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
The return of your product is your responsibility and so we recommend postage by Royal Mail registered delivery or another 'signed for' service. Please ensure that you obtain proof of postage as we cannot be held responsible for returns that are lost in transit.
Return of goods for refund or exchange is done so at your own cost. Where a product was sent in error or is deemed by us as faulty we will refund your postage costs.
Items with a manufacturing fault will be assessed and repaired, replaced or credited. If we do not feel the issue is a manufacturing fault we may contact you to discuss further.
